Sobha Ayana's payment plan ensures customers can easily and conveniently make cash payments in small, burden-free instalments. This well-organized payment schedule consists of 24 instalments spread over 4 years. A buyer must pay five times a year, GST included.

  • Installment 1: The buyer must pay 10% of the entire price, plus GST, at the time of booking.
  • Instalment 2: Kindly pay the subsequent instalment on the allotment date, which is 10% + GST.
  • Instalment 3: You have three months from the booking date to make the next instalment, which is 9.75% plus GST.
  • Instalments 4 to 24: The remaining 21 instalments are paid every quarter at a rate of 3.25% + GST until the possession date, which is four years away.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 2% plus GST is paid at the time of possession notice. This is the final instalment.
